What is SKB WebFAX?

SKB WebFAX, launched by SK Broadband, is a mobile fax solution that allows users to send and receive faxes conveniently from their smartphones, anytime and anywhere. The features that were previously available only on the SK Broadband WebFAX site (http://webfax.skbroadband.com) can now be accessed via mobile devices.

Usage Instructions

• Existing Customers: Users who have subscribed to SKB WebFAX can start using the application immediately after installation.
• New Customers: Service registration must be completed via the customer center at 1600-0108 (paid) or 080-8282-123 (toll-free); access to the application follows registration. For more details, please refer to the SKB WebFAX website.

Pricing Information

• Fax Transmission: 35 KRW per page
• Fax Reception: 5,000 KRW per month (for one reception number, excluding VAT)
• Billing: Integrated billing with SK Broadband’s postpaid system

User Guide

1. New Faxes: You can view newly received faxes.
2. Received Faxes Folder: All received faxes are located here, and they can be sent to other destinations if needed.
3. Transmission Results: After a fax is sent, users can check the transmission results.
4. Document Storage Transmission: Fax documents stored in the SKB WebFAX website's document storage can be sent directly.
5. Address Book: Users can view and manage their address book on the SKB WebFAX website.
6. Sending Faxes: Users can fax images or document files stored on their smartphones. The preview feature allows for verification before sending. Additionally, using a scanning app alongside this service enhances usability.

Notices

• This application is optimized for Galaxy S2; however, it has been tested on various other Android devices. Some issues may arise on specific smartphones; in such cases, please contact customer service at 108.
• If fax operations do not function properly through this application, users may access the mobile web version of SKB WebFAX at mfax.skbroadband.com. This website is compatible with any phone OS or model, though it does not include the feature for sending photos as faxes.
